Mr. Reinert is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Officer with extensive maritime security and safety experience, including the day-to-day port operations in three unique Coast Guard Captain of the Port Zones. Mr. Reinert has worked for ABS Group for 15 years and is considered a subject matter expert in novel fuel bunkering of vessels in U. S. Ports. He has facilitated required risk assessments in a majority of ports and offshore bunkering locations for LNG. He was a major contributor to the Chemical Vessel Safety (C-SAC) Sub-Committee for LNG fueled ships and was a contributor to a Joint Industry Project (JIP) that is studying bunkering concerns for LNG fueled vessels.
