This contract is for the 2027 Port of the Future Conference™ with New Wave Media. The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all Terms and Conditions appearing in this Contract and further agrees that this contract is binding on all parties and can be amended only in writing by both parties.

Agreement & Signature

I have read and agree to the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions. I acknowledge that booth placement is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Cancellation policy: Cancellations received on or before February 15, 2027 will forfeit a $250 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 1, 2027. You must agree to the terms and conditions.
