Brian’s expertise spans offshore project execution, commercial strategy, and the operational realities of deploying technology in complex marine environments. His work focuses on how emerging subsea technologies, autonomous systems, and modern data workflows are transforming the way organizations monitor, maintain, and manage offshore and coastal assets.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.
