Start Up Pavilion tables are assigned on a first-paid, space-available basis. The $1,500 rate cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Deposit option: A 50% deposit ($750) holds your table; the remaining $750 balance is due no later than 30 days before the event. Submission of this form does not guarantee placement — registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.
