His career spans bridge construction, vessel recovery, offshore fabrication, subsea imaging, hydrographic survey, and aerial LiDAR operations.

Chad has led survey operations on high-profile projects including the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge, major offshore vessel recoveries, LNG and FLNG facilities, refineries, and offshore production platforms. He brings deep expertise in dimensional control, laser scanning, multibeam sonar, vessel calibration, and integrated survey workflows, providing technical leadership from project planning through final deliverables.
