Billing contact — Our billing team will reach out within 2–3 business days to arrange your deposit payment and confirm your booth.
Booth assignment — Booth placement is not guaranteed until a 50% deposit has been received. Final booth assignments are made on a first-paid basis.
Exhibitor kit — Full exhibitor information including setup times, shipping instructions, and onsite details will be distributed closer to the event.
