We invite interested firms to exhibit at the 2027 Port of the Future Conference.
Cost to Exhibit. The standard price to exhibit at the 2027 Port of the Future Conference is $3,750.00
- Early Bird Discount. Firms submitting payment in full before 1 December 2026 receive a $250 discount
- Loyalty Discount. Firms who have previously exhibited will receive a $250 discount
Exhibitor Package. Exhibitors will receive:
- Exhibitor’s Booth consisting of:
- 10’ x 8’ pipe and draped booth space
- One (1) six-foot draped table, carpet, 2 chairs, wastebasket
- Basic electricity and in-booth WiFi access
- Booth selection based on payment date
- Website. Logo and description on conference website
- Exhibitors Page. Dedicated page in attendee hub including logo, banner, description, contact info and booth number
- Conference Roster. Full access to attendee list
- Registration. Two (2) all-access passes for booth staff
- Each pass includes access to:
- Port Grants Workshop
- All general and breakout sessions
- All food and beverages
- Networking Reception (April 14th)
- Student Research Poster Contest
- Attendee Hub (networking & messaging)
- Video recordings (where permitted)
- Introductions. Facilitated meetings with port officials
- Additional Passes. $250 per person (reduced rate)
